How far will you go for the good of the fandom or to live in your fantasy world?

A medieval-inspired luxury home in New York’s Tony Hamptons – one that looks like it’s straight out of the HBO animated series”Dragon House— caught the attention of deep-pocketed show fans wanting to make it their own, according to Jam Press.

The outlet notes that they believe they have made offers to buy it, but the owner won’t budge.

That owner is Sir Ivan Wilzig – the music producer, reality TV star, banking heir and philanthropist – who moved into “the Castle” in 1997. (Wilzig and his brother, Alan, created the broadcast after buying 5 acres of land from Water Mill for less than $1 million in 1995.)

Ana Prado, a luxury real estate agent, told Jam Press that the 13,000 square foot property is not officially for sale – but the right offer will be considered. Jam Press notes that the offer price appears to be in the range of $55 million. Being the show’s biggest fan doesn’t matter as much as the money.

Sir Ivan Wilzig's estate is in a well-to-do watermill.

“And the most surprising thing is that three contacts have been made by ‘Game of Thrones’ fans, because of ‘House of Dragons,'” she said. “The dragon-inspired statues and the aesthetic of a medieval castle sparked this demand.”

Indeed, there are many dragon statues and furniture inspired by “Game of Thrones”, as well as works of art. The house would also have 10 themed rooms, two towers, a spa and an infinity pool. Outside there is also a fully functional faux drawbridge.

The owner of the house doesn't want this to be an ordinary chateau - the property has been hosting lively parties for over 20 years.

The house has long been known as a Hamptons party spot – a far cry from your typical real-world castle.

“When you think of the castle, you think of Dracula or some sort of rock-solid stone medieval fortress, because it was built that way for military reasons,” Wilzig told the Post in 2011. Instead of a cold, damp, gray stone castle, I have something that looks like a castle on the outside, but the inside is lavish. You’ll feel like you’re staying at the Waldorf-Astoria or an old European-style five-star hotel.
