A ‘secret’ mansion behind a set of gates above the famed Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles has gone up for sale, asking $29.95 million.
Newly built, the estate has been deemed a “modern retreat” offering all the luxury amenities anyone can think of.
Features include sweeping views of downtown LA in Century City, presented through a wall of Fleetwood glass doors, the list notes.
Sculpted by renowned West Coast designer Roman James, the estate is comprised of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
“This home is a perfect example of well-balanced finishes. It’s sexy and cool, but still feels like home,” Stefan Pommepuy of The Agency told The Post. “Roman James has done a great job pulling together the expansive views of the house to create an intimate backdrop for times alone or with guests, including all the features to suit a variety of lifestyles.”

Lavish facilities include a games room, wine cellar, cinema room and bar. Meanwhile, the fitness studio includes a hot and cold plunge, dry sauna and steam shower.
With an easy indoor-outdoor flow, the great room features a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area, and an open kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating.
The double-height glass stairwell allows for an optimal view of the city, which leads to the upper level. The master suite includes a private balcony with a spa-like bathroom, according to the listing.
Outdoor facilities include an infinity pool, spa, two fire pits and a built-in barbecue area.

Spanning over 13,500 square feet, bonus features include a rooftop terrace and five-car showroom with an additional two-car overhead garage.
Meanwhile, Chateau Marmont, which is known as a long and short term stay for celebrities, is only a short drive away.
Blair Chang and Stefan Pommepuy of The Agency, as well as Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, hold the list.
