Jonah Hill is the latest in a fleet of celebrities to say goodbye to New York.
The 38-year-old actor has listed his Manhattan loft for nearly $11 million, which is $1.83 million more than him paid in 2015La Poste can report.
Originally buying the Noho neighborhood pad to upgrade its former 2,000 square foot loft in Soho, the 3,280 square foot four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence hit the market last week.

In 2019 and 2020, the loft entered and exited the rental market for $37,500 per month.
The official decision to sell the Big Apple pad comes after ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ actor spent most of his days on the Hawaiian island of Kauai with girlfriend, Sarah Brady. The two have been linked since August.
Located in the pre-war building The Schumacher, the house has since been converted into a spacious three-bedroom apartment.

Features include vaulted 12-foot exposed brick ceilings (the highest ceilings in the building), oversized wood-framed arched windows, white oak floors, and blackened steel accents.
“This apartment includes today’s most advanced smart home technology,” the listing notes.
The living room is equipped with a large projector and a custom-made screen for a cinematic effect. Adjacent is a chef’s kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops and a stone island with a marble waterfall.
Master suite features include soaring brickwork, barrel-vaulted ceilings, four large windows overlooking a lush courtyard garden by famed Ken Smith, known for his work designing MoMA’s rooftop gardens.

“The entire house has been outfitted with state-of-the-art audio/video in-wall and invisible speakers, all controlled by a Crestron system linked to a tablet or phone for added convenience,” the listing adds. “Automatic blinds are installed in every room.”
Building amenities include a 24/7 concierge, fitness center, children’s playroom, and rooftop terrace.
