What’s in the ham sandwich? Ellie Kemper looking to sell his house in Manhattan!
Kemper, known to many as the star of “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” — a Netflix sitcom in which she played a woman rescued from a doomsday cult who adjusts to life in New York City — will list her stylishly designed Upper West Side co-op for $3.35 million, The Post.
The renovated unit, adorned with pastel-toned walls and beautiful herringbone hardwood floors, has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms – and opens to a semi-private elevator vestibule.
Kemper, a Missouri native and Princeton University alum, bought the pre-war pad alongside her husband – the comedian and TV writer Michael Koman — for $2.8 million, according to records filed with the city’s Department of Finance in early 2016.

Kemper, who also had a role in the hilarious 2011 movie “Bridesmaids,” was unavailable to comment on this list.
Inside the apartment, an entrance gallery leads to a living room, dining room and large side-by-side rooms, with three exposures overlooking townhouse gardens and Japanese maple trees. There are also 10-foot-tall ceilings, expansive picture windows — and the listing pictures even show a fireplace. But while the old-world style shines through in the look of the unit, there’s a mix of new. There is wall mounted air conditioning, new double glazed thermal windows, full electrical upgrade and washer/dryer.

The eat-in kitchen, with top of the line appliances, has custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. Elsewhere, the master bedroom has plenty of storage space and a marble bathroom. The listing images further show period moldings and space for a home office.
“The distinctive architectural grace of the house, building and location drew my clients to this beautiful apartment, and their stunning renovation will sing in this market,” said Compass’ Maria Manuche, who shares this listing with Clare Cukier. .
