The fully renovated and restored home is 24 feet wide and four stories tall, with 5,616 square feet in the interior. Outdoor space includes a 24-by-38-foot landscaped rear garden and a 24-by-14-foot terrace off one of the bedrooms on the top level.

There are a total of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The primary suite takes up the entire third floor and features a bathroom, den and sitting room. Throughout the house are dozens of works by Mr. Lichtenstein’s father, the Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein, who died in 1997 and with whom he had purchased the property in 1997.

Mitchell Lichtenstein, an actor and director, has appeared in several films and TV shows over the years, including “Law and Order” and “Homicide: Life on the Street.”

The buyer was Neidlich LLC.

Mr. and Ms. Duques paid $11.2 million for a townhouse on East 67th Street, about a block from Central Park. They made the purchase around the same time they sold their apartment at the Pierre, located nearby at 795 Fifth Avenue and 61st Street. The unit, No. 3304, was purchased for $11.3 million by a buyer using the limited liability company Partyoftwo, and at a reduction from the initial $18.3 million price tag in 2014.

The renovated apartment, which has stunning park vistas, is around 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. There’s a fireplace in the living room and oversize windows throughout the space.

Their much larger townhouse, four stories high and 20 feet wide, has about 5,230 square feet and six fireplaces, according to the listing with Compass. It contains four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-baths and a laundry room in the basement. Off the formal dining room is a landscaped 20-by-37-foot garden. The main bedroom suite, on the third floor, features an en-suite bath, large walk-in closet and a library.
