Gregg said: “The doctor said unless you do something you’re going to have a heart attack.”
Ben pushed the MasterChef presenter for more information on how he achieved his amazing new physique.
“I don’t believe in diets, I don’t believe in doing something you can’t sustain. I don’t believe in starving yourself three days a week or cutting out carbs.”
He told viewers he advocates for “making the right steps in a postive direction gradually.”
“You don’t have to be uncomfortable or hungry to lose weight, you just have to learn what food you can eat,” Gregg said.
The TV greengrocer claimed last week the thought of being overweight during the coronavirus pandemic terrified him. Gregg said: “I remember thinking, ‘Oh God, what if I was still fat? I could have been really ill’.”
