South Korean military: North Korea fired unidentified projectile


North Korea’s military has launched at least one unidentified projectile, South Korea’s military said early Monday morning local time.

CNBC first reported the statement from South Korea’s military. It was unclear where the launch occurred or if it resembled previous North Korean weapons tests, some of which have been fired in the vicinity of Japan.
