What time, how to watch President Trump's State of the Union 2020

Tonight’s State of the Union address begins at 9 p.m. ET and will be widely available online, even if you’ve cut the cord and ditched your cable subscription. 

The final address by President Donald Trump during his first term will be carried live by the main broadcast networks, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, PBS, C-SPAN and their digital channels, as well.

On cable CNN, MSNBC and Fox News will carry the SOTU live, while their digital channels, which usually require proof of a cable or satellite subscription, drop the requirements for the news event.

Viewing will be available on CNN.com and the CNNgo app for smartphones, tablets and TVs via Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and Google Chromecast. Fox News will stream on its website and Fox News Go and Fox Business Network apps, MSNBC, and NBC news sites.
