Falcons RB Brian Hill leads Week 11 waiver wire

We’ve entered the home stretch of the fantasy football season, with just three weeks to go before most formats kick off their playoffs in Week 14.

With so little time remaining, fantasy owners should take a “use it or lose it” approach to spending their remaining free agent budget. If a player can help you, don’t be afraid to go all-in.

WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants. Slayton entered the week with a total of 17 catches in his NFL career. However, he broke out in a big way against the Jets with 10 grabs for 121 yards and two touchdowns. With Sterling Shepard recovering from a concussion, Slayton would be the top waiver-wire prize if the Giants didn’t have their bye week coming up.

Falcons running back Brian Hill accounted for 71 total yards and scored a touchdown for the second consecutive week in an upset win over the Saints.

RB Brian Hill, Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons lost starting running back Devonta Freeman to a foot injury, so the little-used Hill had to take over. He rushed for 61 yards and also scored on a 10-yard reception. Freeman could be out a couple more weeks, so Hill becomes the leader of a very shallow backfield. The Panthers are up next and are extremely shaky against the run, giving up the fourth-most rushing yards per game.
