Korina upped how much she would exercise and started going to the gym around five days a week.

She added: “I’ve had a complete U-turn in the way I view my body. I used to comfort eat and not think about looking after it.

“I now treat my body like you would a puppy or a young baby – with love.

“I wouldn’t starve a baby, and I wouldn’t dehydrate it, so why would I do that to myself?”
