Louise Redknapp has revealed she is no longer speaking to her former Strictly Come Dancing partner, Kevin Clifton. The 44-year-old singer has not been in contact with Kevin, 37, this year and they have unfollowed each other on social media. She was partnered with Kevin on the BBC series in 2016 and the pair came runners-up in the finale show. They were very close during the series and Louise had to deny at the time that her appearance on the programme led to her split from husband Jamie Redknapp, 45, in 2017.

However, it would seem those days are well and truly over as they are not even on speaking terms at the moment.

Louise, who is currently starring in 9 To 5: The Musical at London's Savoy Theatre, told The Sun: "I haven’t spoken to him for a long time.

“Most probably since the show started. Not since last year."

Kevin is said to have since found love with his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Stacey Dooley, but Louise has chosen not to “pass judgment”.

“I haven’t spoken to Kevin in a long, long time and I’ve never met Stacey, so I have no idea,” she said.

“Everyone has a different experience, everybody does the show for different reasons, everyone is looking for something different.”

“Re Sam, I loved him very much and only wish him happiness and success going forward.”

Sam, who dated Stacey for three years, had recently told the Daily Mail on Sunday he found a text from Kevin on her phone during the early days of Strictly Come Dancing.

“I noted it but at the same time I didn’t want to bring it up with Stacey,” the 30-year-old personal trainer explained.

“I didn’t want to rock the boat. I didn’t want her feeling awkward. She had my full trust and support.”

Of the messages from Kevin to Stacey, Sam added: “Maybe I was too naive. Looking back now all the signs were there that I had lost Stacey, but I kept thinking we had done the hardest bit.”
