Dancing on Ice semi-final 2019: What time does Dancing on Ice start tonight? | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Category: Entertainment,Gossip

Dancing on Ice, the semi-final is finally here on ITV  tonight (Sunday, March 3). The four remaining contestants and their partners will be skating to secure their place in next weeks final (Sunday, March 10). Sadly, there are only three places in the final which means one skating hopefully will be hanging their skates for good. Here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s show.

What time does Dancing on Ice start tonight?

Dancing on Ice, the semi-final will start at 6pm tonight on ITV.

The semi-final will air for two hours, finishing at 8pm.

The final episode of Endeavour series six will air straight afterwards.

To watch the Dancing on ice semi-final, you can watch it as it airs on TV or stream it live via the ITV Hub.

Don’t worry, if you happen to miss the Dancing on Ice semi-final, the episode will be available to watch on the ITV Hub shortly after it has finished airing on tv.

WHO WILL LEAVE DANCING ON ICE NEXT?

Who is in the Dancing on Ice semi-final?

There are four couples in the Dancing on Ice semi-final 2019. They are:

  • Brian McFadden and Alex Murphy
  • Wes Nelson and Vanessa Bauer
  • James Jordan and Alexandra Schauman
  • Saara Aalto and Hamish Gaman

Sadly, one act will have to say goodbye to the ice and at the moment, ex-Westlife member Brian McFadden and former X Factor contestant Saara Aalto are the favourites to go.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Brian has done well to hold on up to this point but the odds suggest he'll fall at the final hurdle this weekend.”

Ladbrokes odds on who will leave Dancing on Ice next are:

  • Brian - 8/11
  • Saara - 11/8
  • James - 16/1
  • Wes - 33/1

On the other hand, Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “It looks as though Wes and James will be the last two standing and the next vote could well be between Bryan and Saara. All the money this week suggests that punters think that Bryan will remain and that it could well be curtains for Saara."

Corals odds for the favourite to win this weekend are:

  • Saara -1/2
  • Brian - 6/4
  • James - 4/1
  • Wes - 81/

Wes Nelson is the favourite to win Dancing on Ice this year across the bookmaker's board.

He is at odds of 4/9 at Bet365, SkyBet and Betfair to win.

James Jordan is at odds of 9/4 at Betvictor, Betfred and WilliamHill.

WILL JAMES OR WES WIN?

What will happen in tonight’s Dancing on Ice semi-final?

In tonight’s semi-final, the skating pairs will have to perform two routines to impress the judges and viewers at home.

One of the routines will be specially created by the skater themselves.

Speaking to tellymix, Dancing On Ice's Associate Creative Director Dan Whiston, teased that the celebs will each be performing a routine that is: “about something that touches them and has meant something to them in their life.”

He explained: “An emotional song, a song that has meaning to them and their story - they have been very involved in the creative with myself and our team. It's been really lovely to hear people's stories this week.

”I think a lot of people will be touched by the stories that come this weekend.“
