Gemma Collins weight loss: Dancing On Ice before and after pictures

Gemma Collins has been entertaining TV fans on Dancing on Ice this year. The blonde, who is dating James ‘Arg’ Argent, is taking to the rink, despite eschewing physical exercise in the past. Matt Evers, Gemma’s professional ice dancing parter, told the Sun Online: “Now she is doing 2 hours training 3 times a week, burning at least 1,000 calories a time. “Then there’s a full studio day on Sunday and choreography on Monday which is even longer.”

He added: “Last week at the costume fittings the wardrobe team had to take off four inches from her waist from where she was before Christmas. It’s just incredible.”

Gemma Collins weight loss is apparently at two dress sizes since training for the programme.

Gemma first appeared on television in The Only Way is Essex in 2011.

The TV appearance prompted the star to lose three stone at a diet bootcamp.

However, the young reality TV star struggled to keep the weight off.

Gemma went to a 'juice camp' in Portugal in a bid to shed weight in 2015, losing three stone again.

Later in the same year Gemma tried hypnotherapy to lose weight.

She told This Morning viewers: “I’ve done every diet out there. There’s nothing I haven’t done.

“I was obsessed with food. And life revolved around food and eating. There was no brain space in my head for me not to think about food, it was a living nightmare.”

Kelly Brook’s weight loss has also impressed fans.

The busty star has shed over a stone.

During an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the TV presenter and model revealed a huge change that’s occurred in the wake of following the weight loss diet plan.

“I feel so much better, energy-wise,” she said.

The star went on to reveal that her decision to team up with SlimFast had been great timing - as she was going to begin a new job very soon.
