I’m A Celebrity 2018: James McVey makes shock dig at campmates for ‘showing off’ | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

This year’s instalment of the ITV contest see seen a lot of singing and dancing taking place courtesy of some the stars.

But in tonight’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! it all appeared to get a bit too much for James.

Emily Atack, Fleur East and John Barrowman were seen singing more silly songs with each other while James and Harry Redknapp took a seat.

“Do you know what, I don’t understand a f*****g thing you are talking about,” Harry admitted to the trio.

John replied: “Can I tell you something Harry? We don’t know what we are talking about.”

Meanwhile, in the Bush Telegraph, James said: “Harry and I are on the same wavelength.

“John, Emily and Fleur are very energetic, singing and dancing whereas Harry and I just sit in the background and have a little chat.”

Back to the action in camp, James said to Harry: “Now Nick has gone I can’t call it.”

James was referring to who could win the competition, but Harry thought James had a good chance of it himself.

Harry shared: “I’ve got a feeling you are going to win it and I hope you do because you just get on with it.”

James went on to cover his microphone to say: “I don’t like to be mean but there’s quite a few actors, people who are acting, people are singing for camera and I’m just here like this is me, I don’t want to show off.

“It gets a bit frustrating sometimes.”

Harry was in agreement with James over the matter.

He added: “When they talk about things they get up and sing and dance. Emily’s all this screaming.”

James then replied: “This show will be amazing for Emily and Fleur it will really help their careers.

“If it is us in the final, we’ll tick on and whatever happens, happens.”

Following Nick Knowles’ eviction yesterday, James admitted it had come as “blow” for him.

However, he did add it meant he could spent more time with Harry.

He divulged in the Bush Telegraph: “Losing Nick for me was a catastrophic blow, he was who I would look to for guidance but Harry being here has kept me sane and now there’s fewer of us in camp I can have as much Harry time as I desire, which happens to be quite a lot.”

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV.
