Conor McGregor girlfriend: Who is Dee Devlin - How did she react to last McGregor fights? | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Category: Entertainment,Gossip

Conor McGregor will fight Khabib Nurmagomedov in the challenge for the lightweight belt in Las Vegas tonight.

Who is Conor McGregor’s girlfriend Dee Devlin?

Dee Devlin is McGregor’s long-time girlfriend, with the pair having been together for more than eight years.

Devlin was born in Walkinstown, Co Dublin and like McGregor celebrates her nationality.

She took to Twitter to celebrate McGregor’s most recent victory, thanking the Irish fans for their support.

She tweeted: "The Irish are truly the best supporters in the world!"

Devlin has been a part of McGregor’s life through highs and lows, and the professional fighter admitted he was grateful for her continued support.

He said: "My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing.

"I only had a dream that I was telling her.

"For me to be able to take her out of work, give her everything she's ever wanted and to travel the world with her fills me with pride. It keeps me going."

How does she react to McGregor’s fights?

A youtube video of the crowd at the 196 UFC fight against Nate Diaz captured Devlin’s reaction to McGregor’s loss.

The brunette bombshell grasped her head between her hands and looked as though she was going to cry when Diaz’s victory was announced.

Her mouth hung open in shock that her beau had been defeated.

Shortly afterwards, Devlin can be seen approaching McGregor and giving him a hug, whispering in his ear.

McGregor hugged her back and says: “It’s all good, it’s all good.”

During his most recent fight, the UFC 205 against Alvarez, a heavily pregnant Devlin can be seen in the crowd peering through the net at the battling pair.

She appeared distressed, struggling to watch the match from behind her hands.

Hopefully, tonight’s fight will be an easier watch, especially as the pair’s one-year-old son may potentially be beside the cage for the match.

McGregor is reportedly deciding whether Conor Jr should attend.

He said: “I’ve brought my son and I’m excited by that. I’m deciding whether to have him cage-side, we’re trying to figure that one out.

“My son will be a champion at whatever he wants to do. All he does all day is throw punches and kicks.”
