Nick Knowles weight loss: Diet plan followed by DIY SOS presenter revealed

Nick Knowles is a well known British TV presenter who has lost a lot of weight in recent years.

How has the presenter of DIY SOS manage to lose the pounds?

According to the presenter he has lost nine kilos.

This slimmer figure came after Nick flew to a wellness retreat in Thailand at the end of last year.

The month-long trip was part of a five-part series, funded by Nick, called ‘The Retreat’ which aired last September.

He embraced meditation, hiking and yoga as part of a new lifestyle.

Now Nick has revealed that he has adopted a new ethical diet after the trip abroad.

He told MailOnline: “I have been vegan since going to Thailand.

“I had a very unhealthy lifestyle and have given up sugar, coffee, meat, dairy, wheat and smoking.”

Nick’s weight loss has had a very beneficial affect in his overall wellbeing, the 6ft 2in celebrity said.

“Now I feel so much better - I am sleeping well and snoring less,” he said.

Nick Knowles, who was formerly married to Jessica Rose Moor, has a successful TV career.

He has worked on various BBC shows such as Who Dares Wins, Break the Safe and 5-Star Family Reunion.

Nick has four children, Charlie, Edward, Tuesday and Tyrian-J Knowles.

Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid revealed how she lost a stone recently.

Susanna Reid’s weight loss impressed the public and her fellow ITV presenters.

It was Piers Morgan who revealed that Susanna had lost some weight.

He said: “We’ve got a reaction to Susanna’s revelation that she is on a dry September.

“Judy in Richmond says Susanna Reid looks like she’s lost four pounds.

“It’s actually 12 pounds, since she stopped drinking.”
