Big Brother has been on screens since 2000 and was originally presented by Davina McCall when the show was on Channel 4.

With the show airing its final episode tonight, the 51-year-old posted a video message on Twitter where she praised Emma Willis and Big Brother’s Bit on The Side host Rylan Clark-Neal.

Filming herself talking to the camera, Davina said: “I’m up in Manchester working on the 100k drop so I can’t be with you guys tonight, I really want to come by and say hi.”

She continued: “I just wanted to say good luck Emma you are amazing and brilliant good luck Rylan. I know it’s going to be very emotional and I hope you have a great night.

“Good luck to all the crew who work so hard on the show.”

Davina added: “I know it’s going to be hard tonight but I’m sending you all so much love,” and blew a kiss to the camera.

Ahead of the final ever Big Brother, Emma Willis uploaded a photo of tonight’s read-through script.

She captioned the post: “Goodbye my friend…”

The star was inundated with messages from fans wishing her good luck for the final episode.
